1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products with a verified manufacturing defect.

Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Customers must report any manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Inspection and Service

If a product is reported as defective, it will first be inspected by our team or the manufacturer.

Where possible, we will provide:

Repair or servicing of the product, or
Replacement of defective parts

Our goal is to resolve the issue through service whenever feasible.

3. Replacement

If the manufacturing defect cannot be repaired or resolved through servicing, we will replace the product with the same item or an equivalent product of similar value, subject to availability.

4. Refunds

A refund will only be provided if:

The product has a verified manufacturing defect;
The defect cannot be resolved through repair or servicing; and
A replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included items where reasonably possible.
Not show signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage.
